Summary
On November 5, 1957, in Regina, New Mexico, a civilian observer reported seeing a star-like object the size of a baseball that was red-blue in color and made a whistling sound. The sighting lasted 15 minutes. One object was observed traveling from northeast to southwest. The observer was servicing a car and was positioned at 39 degrees, then 38 degrees, 158 degrees before the object moved from northeast to southwest and went behind a mountain. The Air Force concluded it was unidentified, noting that without additional data, it was impossible to evaluate the sighting.
