Insufficient Data

Summary

On July 25, 1952, at about 10:55 p.m., a civilian woman in Miami reported seeing two flying objects over the city. She said both were very bright and red in color. Relative to her position, one was high in the sky and the other slightly lower.

The woman said one object rose slowly and then darted out of sight to the south at an extreme speed. The second object hovered for a while, moved in a semi-circular path to the first one's former position, then suddenly shot up and out of sight at a very fast rate toward North Miami Beach.

The woman lived near the airport and said she was used to seeing aircraft. She also said she had observed a comet and other astronomical events, and stated she was convinced the objects were neither meteors nor aircraft.
