10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
One star shaped object the size of a dime at arm's length. Object was white moving upward and southward. Obj faded in the distance after having been seen visually for 25 minutes.

11. COMMENTS
Description of flight path and manner of disappearance indicates that this sighting was probably caused by a balloon.
