Summary

On April 22, 1963, an Air Force duty officer near Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, logged a fourth hand report of a bluish light moving up and down. The report came through a major who had heard, secondhand, that a man southwest of his location had seen the light bobbing in the sky. The night had no weather in the area.

The witness was not available for an interview when the report came in. A follow up was planned for the next morning.

A later phone check found no other witnesses. The Air Force learned the witness had reported objects before and was considered an unreliable source. The Project 10073 record noted that if anything was seen, it was probably an aircraft or a misinterpretation of an ordinary object.
