Summary

On November 21, 1957, ground observers near Hope, Arkansas reported two circular white objects in the night sky. The report came from a civilian ground observer post supervisor and a local civil defense director. The two objects flew side by side, heading west. They varied in altitude from the horizon up to about 3,000 feet. The witnesses watched through field glasses for about 45 minutes before the objects went below the horizon. The sky was clear and the objects made no sound. The Air Force recorded the case under Project 10073, its official record for unidentified flying object reports.
