Summary

On July 6, 1956, in Euclid, Ohio, a spherical object described as large and white in color was observed by civilian and military witnesses. The object appeared to be revolving slowly at an estimated altitude of 5,000 to 6,000 feet. It was drifting northeast with the wind. Ground visual and ground radar sightings were made using AR/FPS-E radar. Local fighters were directed to the area but failed to make contact. The Air Force evaluated the sighting as Probable Balloon.
