Summary

On November 20, 1957, a civilian reported seeing an unusual object near Clinton, Pennsylvania. The witness described a dull yellowish-gray round object about the size of a basketball traveling at high speed in a westerly direction. The sighting lasted one minute and was observed from the ground. The object was reported to have a light path. An Air Force check of the area revealed a jet aircraft in the vicinity. The Air Force concluded the sighting was probably a jet aircraft.
