Summary
On November 7, 1957, a witness at Chilo, Ohio, reported many objects in the sky. The witness was a civilian ground observer. The objects were in sight for about 47 minutes and were swooping around the area heading west.
The witness reported 51 small, bright white objects.
This case is part of Project 10073, the Air Force's official record for unidentified flying object reports. The Air Force said the description, duration, and flight path indicated the sighting was probably caused by birds. Officers also questioned how anyone could count 51 objects and considered it an unreliable report. No full report was on file.
