Summary

On November 5, 1956, a witness saw one object over Bucyrus, Ohio. The object was watched for about fifteen minutes.

The report described one round white object the size of a dime at arm's length. A light was seen on the object. It moved back and forth at a low altitude and was heading northwest.

The Air Force record card lists the cause as probably a balloon. The duration, description, and light on the object pointed to a balloon. Project 10073 was the Air Force's official record system for reports of unidentified flying objects.
