Summary

On February 25, 1953, hundreds of residents in Borneo gathered to watch a bright, star-like object rotating in the sky above the oil town of Seria. The object appeared to emit twin jets of vapor. Witnesses called it a flying saucer and estimated its height at 30,000 feet. The sighting lasted 40 minutes. Similar sightings had been reported over Borneo several times recently. The Air Force evaluation was listed as insufficient data for evaluation.
