Summary

On November 1957, around 1:00 a.m. GMT, a civilian near Biloxi, Mississippi reported one round white object about three times the size of a star. The object was seen near the horizon and descended below it after about one hour.

The Air Force concluded the object was probably a bright star. The reporting officer agreed with that assessment. This case is part of Project 10073, the Air Force's official record for unidentified flying object reports.
