10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING
White obj size of grapefruit, wrinkled & glistered. Also had flashing light. Obj moved slowly in a Southerly direction. No man-uevers. Still in sight at discontinuance of observation.

A careful check w/aero chart showed a flashing marine light located SW of observer's location. Time duration & wind info rules out a balloon or a/c. No stays given. Probability that observation is reflection of the light on invers. or haze layer.
