Summary

In July 1947, a civilian near Tempe, Arizona, reported seeing a silver disc in the sky. The report to the Air Technical Intelligence Center was dated 28 April (year unclear on the card).

The witness described the object as disc shaped, silver in color, and moving at high speed. Its size was estimated at about 24 inches in diameter and its altitude was said to vary. The sighting was a visual observation made from the ground.

The object was seen to descend and then ascend at about a 45 degree angle. It then moved away at speed. The card notes the case had no file on record and lists no Air Force conclusion.
