Summary

On March 19, 1960, the Air Attache of Finland reported observations of unidentified objects in the sky near Ousi Suomi, Finland. Reports came from a letter sent to the Air Attache asking about observations on above dates. According to the letter, the objects were described as meteors. The evaluation of the sightings at Ousi Suomi on March 26 and 27, 1960 concluded they were meteors. A fireball was described as a meteor as bright or brighter than minus 3 magnitude, bright white in color, blue, green, red, orange, yellow, and pink in hue. Other sighting details indicate limited information was available. The objects were probably meteors based on the available evidence.
