Summary

The OCR text from this case file is too heavily degraded to support an accurate summary. Large portions across multiple pages are either unintelligible, severely garbled, or consist only of fragmented characters. While the cover sheets (Pages 1 and 9) indicate that a pilot of Air National Guard Flight 834 sighted a large, silver, delta wing-shaped object over New Orleans on April 21, 1955 at 1623 hours (4:23 p.m.), and that the investigation concluded the object was "probably" an aircraft, the body of the case file, which would contain the detailed investigative findings, witness interviews, and analysis, is too corrupted for reliable transcription.
