On August 4, 1956, at approximately 10 p.m., a Naval Officer sighted an unidentified flying object near Keystone Heights, Florida. The object traveled horizontally with several small balls of flame behind it. It was visible for approximately 2 seconds. The observer noted a small ball of flame traveling horizontally with several small balls of flame behind it, similar to a rocket. The object was moving from fast northeast to west southwest and disappeared behind trees. The Air Force evaluation was listed as unknown.
