Summary

On January 13, 1959, a witness near Frederikshaab, Greenland, reported an object in the sky. The sighting was about 3 a.m. local time (0800Z) and lasted about 4 minutes. The report came through military channels from the island commander.

The observer described one torpedo shaped object about one yard long. It flew slowly from east to west, just north of the settlement.
