Summary

On September 2, 1957, at about 0525 (Greenwich time) in Fort Myers, Florida, a civilian saw four objects for over an hour. Two were in the south, one in the north, and one in the northeast. The objects appeared to stay in place. The Air Force record card for Project 10073, its official record for unidentified flying object reports, lists the conclusion as possibly astronomical. The card says the available information indicates the sighting was probably caused by stars. It notes there was no report in the file.
