Summary

On April 3, 1956, a civilian Ground Observer Corps member at Cedar Key, Florida, reported one object. The report was filed under Project 10073, the Air Force's official record for unidentified flying object reports.

The witness said the object was bright white and about the size of a dime at arm's length. It was flying south and was in view for about two minutes. It was first seen at an angle of 20 degrees above the horizon and then disappeared over the horizon.
