MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD

SUBJECT: [REDACTED] Equipment Test, Miami, Florida,
August 1971

The following details concerning the [REDACTED] arrange-
ments for Subject tests were provided by [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] during a telephone conversation with
the undersigned, 7 May 1973.

[REDACTED] was the [REDACTED]
now retired, formerly assigned to
Test of the [REDACTED] for the August 1971 Field
[REDACTED] Security
arrangements for the test were handled on behalf of [REDACTED]
and the [REDACTED] visitors by [REDACTED] in conjunction with the
[REDACTED] Security Officer, who was [REDACTED]
at the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was in daily contact with [REDACTED]
Miami Police in the course of his official liaison
duties.

[REDACTED] was reluctant to call [REDACTED] at home
over an open telephone line to inquire about the specifics
of the [REDACTED] arrangements. At this point, and suggested
that the [REDACTED] Security Officer by this time might have
been transferred back to Headquarters and be available for
a direct query.

The writer called [REDACTED], DIV/D Security
Officer, who verified the fact that [REDACTED] indeed is
stated at Headquarters, with a current assignment to a
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] is available via the following tele-
phone connections:

The above details were provided by telephone to [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] Chief, Division D at 1650 hours this date.
