MEMORANDUM FOR: Mr. Colby

Carl Duckett brought this up and said he is
very uncomfortable with what Sid Gottlieb is
reporting and thinks the Director would be ill-
advised to say he is acquainted with this pro-
gram. Duckett plans to scrub it down with
Gottlieb but obviously cannot do it this after-
noon.
