Summary

On November 25, 1957, at 1:05 p.m., a witness in Santa Rosa, Texas, observed a round object about the size of a baseball, brown in color, with binoculars. The object appeared to have white wisps coming from it. The witness reported the object remained still in sight for three hours, moving toward the west. A GOC observer reported one object. The Air Force concluded the sighting was probably astronomical, possibly Venus.
